Manila Mayor Isko Moreno presented 35 drug suspects during a press conference in Manila City Hall on Monday.
KAMI learned that the suspects were arrested in Baseco Compound.

In a report by the Philippine Star, Moreno claimed that the suspects did not fight back against the police during the operation.
The mayor also reminded the police to respect the human rights of the suspects.
“35 ang inaresto, 35 ang buhay. We don’t tolerate drug suspects in our city, but at the same time, we respect human rights,” he said.
Moreno recommended the termination of the barangay officials involved in the drug trade in Baseco, as reported by ABS-CBN News.
