Lexi Fernandez, Maritoni Fernandez’ eldest daughter, has graduated from college yesterday, August 3, 2019.
The former teen star received her bachelor’s degree in child development and education at the University of Asia and the Pacific.
KAMI learned that Maritoni posted several photos from her daughter’s graduation and even dedicated a message to her.
According to Maritoni, “You did it my #angellove @leximalvarez1 I couldn’t be more proud. All the sleepless, stressful days and nights the past few years have all been worth it. Today, you are a graduate. Enjoy it and then be off to your masters.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Maritoni Fernandez has been on cancer remission for 18 years now. She went to St. Luke’s Medical Center to undergo MRI. The result showed that she is still free from cancer.
Maritoni Fernandez is a veteran actress who has worked with legends like Fernando Poe Jr. and Sharon Cuneta. She was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 30 but has been in remission for almost two decades now.
