Thalia, a Mexican singer, and actress is known to have one of the smallest waists in the world. She surprised her fans all over the world when she went under an extreme workout routine with the help of a physical trainer to reduce her size.
Through her Instagram account, Thalia showed off the results of her workout.
Her trainer Jorge Valverde shared that Thalia had lost 2 cm from her waistline and 2.8% body fat. He also commended the Mexican superstar for her discipline.

Thalia once again quipped about the surgery rumors. She posted a video recently where she had her waist measured. In the caption of the short clip, she joked about removing another two ribs to make her waist appear smaller.
Back in 2014, she posted a photo of her posing for a selfie with a jar. In said jar appears to be some sort of pickling fluid and some small rib bones.
She, however, clarified that there is no truth to these rumors by later revealing that the bones inside the jar were animal bones.
