Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno has given a reward to three Manila Traffic and Parking Bureau (MTPB) personnel who refused to accept bribe or kotong from a motorist.
KAMI learned that in return of their good service, the three enforcers will be regularized in their posts.
In a report by ABS-CBN News, the enforcers were identified as Eduardo Lambino, Kenneth Naval, and Edwin Trias.
In a report by Manila Bulletin (author Hanah Tabios), 6 other employees of the city hall were given permanent positions as well.

In a previous report by KAMI, Moreno presented to the media the traffic enforcer who allegedly accepted a bribe from a motorist.
The mayor removed the MTPB uniform and ID of the accused enforcer in front of the public.
