Atty. Larry Gadon said that he would file an impeachment complaint against Vice President Leni Robredo on Thursday.

KAMI learned that the complaint against Robredo would follow if proven that she was inciting to sedition.

"That is one of the direction we may take. If Mrs. Robredo is indicted then that would be the next step - the impeachment proceedings against her. That’s the plan, but that’s my plan only. Hindi naman involved dito yung OSG,” Gadon told the ANC.

In an interview with ANC, Gadon explained that he was not working with or for the Duterte administration.

Sinasabi nila pakawala ako ng Malacañang, and I just want to be appointed. It turned out hindi ako nagpa-appoint, hindi ako nag-apply and I was not even endorsed by Duterte in my run for the Senate," he stated.

In a previous report by KAMI, Gadon assisted Peter Joemel Advincula alias “Bikoy” to file his sworn statement about the inciting to sedition complaint filed by the Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) over the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” videos.

However, Robredo denied the accusations that she was involved in the series of videos trying to discredit President Rodrigo Duterte.
