The much-talked-about divorce of celebrity couple Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki has finally been decided by a family court in South Korea after 26 days.

KAMI learned that the said Seoul court approved the divorce papers, making the couple’s separation final and official.

According to a court official, both Korean superstars settled their separation through a closed-door hearing that just lasted for less than half an hour.

In an official statement released by Hye Kyo's agency named United Artists Agency (UAA), both parties agreed that there will be no settlement of money or division of assets.

"Hello. This is UAA. Actress Song Hye Kyo's divorce was finalized today (July 22) at the Seoul Family Court,” the statement read.

“We inform you that the arbitration procedure was completed with both sides agreeing on a divorce without alimony or division of property,” the agency added.

It can be remembered that on June 27, Song Hye Kyo and Song Joong Ki made headlines after they revealed that they are already divorcing their marriage.

Hye Kyo reasoned out that their separation was due to differences in personality and because they were unable to overcome those differences.
