According to the state weather bureau PAGASA, Tropical Depression Falcon is expected to intensify into a tropical storm within 24 hours on Tuesday.

KAMI learned that three areas in the country have remained under Signal no.1 before it makes its landfall over Babuyan-Batanes on Wednesday.

"Furthermore, this weather disturbance is expected to closely approach or make landfall over Babuyan-Batanes Islands area tomorrow evening and may exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility by Friday,” it stated in PAGASA’s report.

In a report by the GMA News, Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal no. 1 was declared over Northern Isabela, Cagayan, and Batanes.

Many flights were also cancelled due to the weather disturbance. Here is the list according to the Manila International Airport Authority:
