Former Manila Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada has commented over the recent accomplishments of incumbent Manila Mayor Isko Moreno.
KAMI learned that Estrada answered the questions as to why his administration was not able to do the clearing operations Moreno did.
Biruin mo umaasa sa pagkain nila,” he added.
The former mayor also emphasized that a “hungry stomach knows no law.”
Estrada also commented over the cleaning operation of Moreno at the Andres Bonifacio Shrine beside the Manila City Hall.
"Maganda yung pero nililinis din namin 'yon. I salute him for that na nalilinis niya.
He also questioned the claim of Moreno that he was offered a P5 million bribe daily for him not to push through with the clearing operations.
"Masama ang magsinungaling para makasira lamang. Sino maniniwala P5 million a day?” Estrada reiterated.
In a previous report by KAMI, Estrada criticized the contributions of Moreno to change Manila. He insisted that Moreno should not have removed the vendors because they would be losing their source of income.
