For the first time ever, the Manila City local government unit conducted a flag raising ceremony at the Andres Bonifacio Shrine or the “Kartilya ng Katipunan” beside the Manila City Hall.
KAMI learned that on Monday morning, the mobile kitchen “Kusina ni Isko” arrived at the venue to distribute free lugaw.
Manila Mayor Isko Moreno arrived to lead the flag ceremony.
Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna was also present and announced that the ordinance seeking to provide P1,000 monthly allowance for qualified students of Pamantasang Lungsod ng Maynila and Universidad de Manila.

In a previous report by KAMI, Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso showed off his skills in a dance showdown with San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora.
