Anne Curtis expressed her gratitude to be given a chance to play the role of Marzz Balaoro, a trans man, overseas Filipino worker, and pastor of a small church in Hong Kong that welcomes all genders in Maalaala Mo Kaya.
In celebration of the drama anthology's 28th anniversary, Anne is one of the guest stars of MMK special episodes which was aired on Saturday, July 13.
She wrote, "Love should always come first.
No matter the gender or how people identify themselves as, at the end of the day, we are all humans who deserve to live in a world of LOVE and RESPECT .
