Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson willingly aired his reaction to the reported reunion of his girlfriend Bea Alonzo and fellow artist John Lloyd Cruz.
KAMI learned that there have been news on social media about an incoming project of the “One More Chance” stars with Piolo Pascual.
The project is said to be the mark of John Lloyd’s much-awaited comeback to showbiz after more than a year of being inactive.
Because of this, the media decided to ask Gerald to air his thoughts about the reunion during the press conference of Skechers Performance Run 2019.
The actor stated that he supports any upcoming project that his partner will do with John Lloyd since he is also a fan of their love team.
“Matagal ko nang alam ‘yun!” he quipped.
“Sabi ko nga e, dapat gumawa na kayo ng pelikula. Doon kayo nakilala talaga, yung love team ninyo. Maraming nakaka-miss sa inyo. Sobrang refreshing, ‘di ba?” he added.
Meanwhile, Gerald took the opportunity to express his message regarding the showbiz hiatus and the much-anticipated comeback of the “Thy Father” star.
He also shared a story about how he was able to watch a previous movie of Bea and John Lloyd titled “Now That I Have You.”
“Si John Lloyd, sobrang na-miss natin sa mga movies niya. I think lahat naman kami really look up to him and Piolo sa pagiging artista. It’s good to see him back. Sana tuloy-tuloy at bumalik na siya,” he stressed.
“14 years old ako noon. Takbo kami sa sinehan, nag-tricycle pa kami papunta sa mall. Kumain kami ng Jollibee kasi nanalo kami sa basketball, so may pambayad kami,” he added.

Gerald Anderson is a multi-awarded Filipino actor and endorser who starred in many teleseryes including “Budoy” and “Tayong Dalawa.” He gained prominence after joining “Pinoy Big Brother” in 2005.
