Lea Salonga once again aired her honest thoughts about her return as one of the judges in the popular singing competition on television entitled “The Voice Kids.”

KAMI learned that the award-winning singer announced in a media interview that she will be serving as a coach anew in the said amateur contest.

She will be joined by the country’s prized vocalists Sarah Geronimo and Bamboo in search for the best child singers in the Philippines.

Just recently, Lea could not help but express her happiness and excitement for the new season of “The Voice Kids.”

The veteran singer also stated that she already missed the other judges of the show and she clarified that they like each other despite being really competitive.

“Not gonna lie, I’ve missed these two very much. Sure, we’re all competitive, but we sincerely respect and like one another,” she wrote.

“This season is going to be so much fun! And the kids are, as always, ridiculously talented,” she added.

Lea Salonga, or Maria Lea Carmen Imutan Salonga in real life, is a Filipino singer who gained prominence after portraying the lead role in Miss Saigon. She is the first Asian woman who won a Tony Award.
