- “Kara Mia” already aired its final episode on Friday, June 28
- Some people thought that the said series would surpass the ratings of “Ang Probinsyano” during that day
- The result was finally released by Kantar Media
An audience measurement firm called Kantar Media finally released the latest ratings of two prominent drama series in the Philippines.
KAMI learned that the figures showed which between “Kara Mia” and “Ang Probinsyano” fared well to the audience on June 28.
The said Kapuso series aired its final episode during that date while the top-rating Kapamilya teleserye continued showing action-packed scenes to its viewers.
Despite being on its finale, “Kara Mia” was still unable to beat the Coco Martin-led drama series, which is still dominating the primetime bloc.
The teleserye that starred Mika Dela Cruz and Barbie Forteza recorded only 21.5 percent viewers’ preference on that day.
Meanwhile, “Ang Probinsyano” rated 35.6 percent on June 28, based on the statistics released by Kantar Media.
In a previous article by KAMI, “Ang Probinsyano” has a new tough rival as “Sahaya” was moved to a new time slot.
“Ang Probinsyano” is an action-drama series in ABS-CBN that has been running for almost 4 years already. It is top-billed by multi-awarded actor Coco Martin.
