Newly-proclaimed Manila City Mayor Isko Moreno called out those who keep on spreading false information about class suspensions.

KAMI learned that Moreno is considering to file a complaint against those who spread such fake announcements.

“We will file complaint against Facebook or we will forward it to Facebook or other social media outlets these types of accounts na walang representasyon na opisyal ng siyudad ng Maynila,” Moreno stated.

In a report by the GMA News Online (author Tina Panganiban-Perez), Moreno said that as the new mayor of Manila, he would announce class suspensions as early as 8 in the evening or as late as 4 in the morning.

“We will announce as early as 8PM or as late as 4AM thru my verified social media account or the official account of the Manila Public Information Office,” he said.

"May mga ilang indibidwal pa na hindi naka-move on sa pulitika. Kami naman nananawagan, isantabi na n'yo po ang pulitika at nakakaawa naman 'yung taumbayan. Kaya kung puwede, wag na hong gagawin 'yon,” he added.
