In a Facebook post, a Cebuano and a proud member shows off the amazing colors of LGBTQ using eye shadows.
Czar Dabon, who is set to graduate with high honors this coming June 28, poses with the PRIDE colors in his graduation picture.
21-year-old Czar from Mandaue City is a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication student in UP Cebu.
In his post, Czar shares his thoughts about what those colors are meant for him.
“The bright colors laid on my eyes represent more than just creativity,”
“I wear the colors on my eyes with pride as I wear the sablay with humility,” he said in his caption.
Including the fears, he faced overcoming questioning of self-worth and his contribution to society.
He didn't forget to mention his family who was very supportive of him, especially his parents.
Czar also believed that anyone should not be afraid to show his/her own self and to fight for what’s right.
"This picture is a reminder to never be afraid to express yourself, embrace your self-worth and self-growth, live your truth, and to fight for what’s right, in any way that you can." he said.
From all of us in KAMI, Congratulations Czar!
