State weather bureau PAGASA announced on Monday that the low pressure area in the country has intensified into a tropical depression.
KAMI learned that tropical depression is now called “Dodong.”
In a report by ABS-CBN News, Dodong is not expected to make landfall and it has no direct impact in the Philippines.
However, scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over western Luzon and Visayas tonight (June 25) and tomorrow (June 26).
On Thursday, rainshowers are expected all over Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, western Luzon, and Visayas.
In a previous report by KAMI, heavy rains were experienced in Metro Manila on Tuesday night. It caused a flood in different areas in Metro Manila, and a snake was found along E. Rodriquez, Quezon City.
