Jhong Hilario took to social media to express his admiration for the late actor Eddie Garcia, his former co-star on “Ang Probinsyano.”
KAMI learned that Jhong praised Eddie’s skills as an actor in his social media post.
He also thanked the legendary star for their good memories together.
“Ito po yung unang eksena natin sa Ang Probinsyano at unang beses kitang naka trabaho Tito Eddie...Diko man nasabi sa inyo pero kinilig po ako kasi Idol na Idol ko po kayo lalo na sa mga pamatay nyong adlib sa mga batuhan ng linya.
“Maraming salamat po sa pagiging inspirasyon hindi lang po sa akin kundi sa lahat ng taong iniidolo kayo. Salamat po sa mga magagandang alaala na iniwan nyo sa amin... Rest in peace Tito Eddie,” Jhong wrote.
KAMI previously reported that Jhong made fun of Anne Curtis on “It’s Showtime.”
Jhong Hilario and Eddie Garcia were cast members of “Ang Probinsyano” until their characters were killed off. Eddie passed away last Thursday after suffering a severe neck injury he sustained while filming an action scene for an upcoming GMA-7 teleserye.
