- It was held on June 20, in Aqua Planet, which is a water park that is located in Clark, Pampanga
- Over 1,800 children participated in the aforementioned event
Enchong Dee recently posted on his Instagram account. It was about the success of their attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the largest swimming lesson in a single venue, which was held in Aqua Planet, on Thursday, June 20.
The official swimming school partner of the big event was Bert Lozada Swim School.
"Today, we broke the Guinness world record for the most number of Children being taught basic swimming skills and water safety in one day."
"we had approximately 1,800 Filipino Kids in @aquaplanetph with @bertlozadaswimschool partnering with #HandogPalangoyNiEnchong," he wrote.
According to Aqua Planet's website, a total number of 1, 819 participants joined the special event.
It tried to break the current Guinness World Record set in 2014 by Florida, USA with 1,308 participants.
Moreover, lots of netizens commended Enchong for his participation on the event.
