- She finally opened up about the said issue during her TV guesting
- The actress explained why she was doing the sport despite her pregnancy
Andi Eigenmann finally addressed the negative comments that she received on social media regarding her viral surfing photos while pregnant.
KAMI learned that the prominent celebrity mom spoke up regarding the issue during her guesting on the entertainment talk show titled “Magandang Buhay.”
One of the program’s hosts decided to ask the multi-awarded actress if she was not prohibited by the doctor to go surfing, considering that her baby bump was already big.
Andi explained that she continued surfing up until the 7th month of her pregnancy and she already knows what is good or bad for her.
The celebrity also shared that her doctor allowed her to do the said sport because it was good for her and the baby.
However, Andi clarified that she does not advise pregnant women like her to try surfing since there are pregnancies that are really complicated.
“It’s not something that I advise other people to do. Kaya lang ako pwede mag-surf kasi nagsu-surf talaga ako… Alam ko naman kung ano yung ginagawa ko…” she quipped.
“My OB is so supportive about it. Kasi yung pagkakamali natin kapag buntis, hindi tayo gumagalaw kasi akala natin may mangyayari. Pero para sa akin, if hindi naman sensitive yung pregnancy mo, dapat ka mag exercise…” she added.
In a previous article by KAMI, the epic reaction of Andi went viral when her boyfriend Philmar Alipayo surprised her on national television.
