Eddie Garcia tripped on a cable while filming an action scene for his upcoming GMA-7 teleserye. This resulted in a severe neck injury for the 90-year-old actor.
2. Heart Evangelista
Heart Evangelista is in Hong Kong, shooting an international action movie. She revealed on Instagram that she injured her hands while filming a scene for the film.
3. Kylie Padilla
While filming an action scene for the GMA-7 teleserye “Toda One I Love,” Kylie Padilla got accidentally punched in the face by one of the stuntmen. Despite getting hurt, Kylie continued to film her scenes.

4. Liza Soberano
Liza Soberano’s fight scene in the Kapamilya teleserye “Bagani” went bad when her finger got hit by an actor with a fake sword. This finger injury cost her the “Darna” role.
5. Erich Gonzales
Erich Gonzales and Lovi Poe’s slapping scene in their drama movie got too intense. The two exchanged real slaps and both of them got wounded as a result.
6. Anne Curtis
On the ABS-CBN fantaserye “Dyesebel,” Anne portrayed the role of a mermaid. While filming in the ocean, she got stung by a box jellyfish. The actress revealed that she could have died from the injury.
