Liza Soberano shared an update about her fractured finger just recently.
KAMI learned from PUSH that the Kapamilya star posted a photo in her Instagram account detailing what has happened during her surgery in Los Angeles.
According to Liza, her finger acquired a bone infection which means that she might be extending her stay in the US.
The actress took the time to explain to all her worried fans on what is about to happen to her during the next few weeks.
In the caption, she wrote:
I came to LA almost 3 weeks ago thinking I would be here for only 2 weeks. I was supposed to have surgery to remove my plates but, it turns out that we were dealing with more than just protruding hardware. During surgery the doctor discovered that my bone wasn’t healed and that I also had a bone infection (no one is to blame for the infection it just happens sometimes).
She also shared that there would possibly be a second and third surgery if everything doesn't turn out well.
So now I’m taking anti-biotics through a picc line on my left arm. As soon as my infection is clear I will have my 2nd (and possibly 3rd) surgery.
Liza also apologized to all her supporters for not being able to update them regarding her condition.
