Bacolod City has became the center of attention lately after a photo of its Bacolod Inasal Festival became viral.
KAMI learned that what made it infamous among netizens was the barricades that were placed around the food area.
In the photos, government officials and employees could be seen enjoying the sumptuous meal while many people outside the barricades were simply watching.
A photo compared it to the Ilog Talaba Festival where hundreds of people could be seen getting a taste of fine delicacy.
The contrast was quite apparent and netizens were quick to point out the difference.

Bacolod City is known as the City of Smiles. It is located in the Province of Negros Occidental in Visayas. It is also the capital of Negros and is known for its famous Masskara Festival.
