Kris Aquino recently revealed from which parties the senatorial candidates she voted for, last election 2019.
She disclosed it in one of her posts on her Instagram account.
The Queen of all media said that she voted for 8 candidates but not 'direcho', which means that the senatorial hopefuls she voted for were not all from 'Otso Direcho', which is an electoral alliance of political parties.
She said that she just voted for 4 people from the said group while she chose 2 candidates from administration, and 2 independent candidates.
"although in case you’re curious, bumoto ako ng 8 para sa Senado... kaya lang hindi direcho. 4 galing sa ocho, 2 admin, and 2 independents," she wrote.
Kris also honestly explained the reason behind her choices.
"voted not along party lines BUT voted based on my personal choice because after all that’s one of democracy’s principles, 1 person, 1 vote."
It can be remembered that Kris was very vocal about the senatorial candidates she was supporting, one of them was Chel Diokno.
