- More than 90 percent of the total number of votes in manila have been canvassed
- The votes canvassed showed that Isko Moreno is leading the race in leaps and bounds
- About more than 130,000 votes separated Moreno's from that of Estrada's
Erap Estrada may have to say goodbye to his throne in Manila after more than 90 percent of the clustered precincts have been canvassed.
KAMI learned that as of 10 p.m., Isko Moreno has already received 329,108 votes.
On the other hand, as per Rappler's report, Erap Estrada received 192,600 votes, with former Mayor Alfredo Lim receiving the least votes at 127,126.
It can be recalled that Isko Moreno was Erap's vice mayor. He was also the one who ran the latter's campaign.
Based on the report, Estrada was said to have failed in his mandate to create change in Manila.
Moreno has been proud of his roots, and has used this during his campaign.
On the other hand, Estrada would hit back by saying that Isko has no utang na loob.
Now, the tides have surely changed. Manila may be saying hello to a new mayor soon.
