Comelec transparency server experiences problems; delay unofficial tallies

- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is reportedly experiencing some problems

- Its officials admitted that these issues have been causing delays in the vote tallies

- On the other hand, Comelec Commissioner Marlon Casquejo said that Director Teofisto Elnas Jr., the one who manages the Comelec Transparency Server, is about to fix the problems

The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is encountering some issues with its transparency server, which also cause delays in counting the votes.

As reported by ABS-CBN News, there were difficulties in transmitting data to the transparency server, where media organizations gather their data.

Nevertheless, Comelec comissioner Marlon Casquejo assures that the person who supervises the Comelec Transparency Server, who is Director Teofisto Elnas, is on his way to fix the problems.

It can be remembered that the last update about the midterm polls was released at 6:15 p.m, with 0.38% of election returns.
