Reelectionist Senator Nancy Binay took to social media her serious request to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) regarding the numerous problems in the 2019 polls.
KAMI learned that the on-going midterm elections have already encountered irregularities especially in the vote counting machines deployed in many areas of the country.
The aforementioned politician herself had experienced difficulty casting her vote earlier when the machine in her designated precinct suddenly malfunctioned.
Because of this, Nancy expressed in her tweet that the irregularities in the 2019 polls are already alarming and that an action must be taken as early as now.
She also called on the Comelec en banc to already start the probe regarding the problems that were encountered in many polling precincts.
“Nakakabahala na ang nagiging problema sa VCMs and overall process ng pagboto,” the politician wrote.
“I call on the Comelec en banc maybe it's time you start investigating ngayon pa lang kung bakit ang daming kaso ng aberya,” she added.

Nancy Binay is a Filipina legislator who is the daughter of former Vice-President Jejomar Binay. She is seeking for another term as a Senator in the Philippines.
