Senator Koko Pimentel took to his social media accounts to give his reaction to the sample ballot from Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP), that has been circulating on social media.
Based on Rappler's tweet, Sen. Koko's name is not included on the said sample ballot and only 12 senatorial candidates were listed.
The only names that are listed on the sample ballot are Sonny Angara, Cynthia Villar, Pia Cayetano, JV Ejercito, Jinggoy Estrada, Bong go, Bato Dela Rosa, Francis Tolentino, Dong Mangudadatu, Jiggy Manicad, Imee Marcos, and Bong Revilla.
It is known that Sen. Koko was one of the 13 candidates who was endorsed by the said political party, which was formed by Sara Duterte.
Despite the changes, Sen. Koko took it positively and still thanked HNP along with Mayor Sara as they helped him in campaigning before the election.
"In spite of this development, I still want to thank HNP and Mayor Inday Sara Duterte for allowing me to campaign with them for the entire 90 days. God bless us all."
Moreover, the sample ballot has elicited mixed reactions from netizens, they also expressed their sympathy for Koko.

Aquilino Martin de la Llana Pimentel III also known as Koko Pimentel became the 28th Senate President of the Philippines from 2016 to 2018.
