Nadine Lustre was able to amaze a lot of netizens after a video of her while uttering a famous “Darna” line circulated on social media.
KAMI learned that the said actress is one of the highly-prospected artists who will portray the iconic role after Liza Soberano’s withdrawal.
Veteran Director Erik Matti is even rooting for Nadine to be the next “Darna” since she is a sultry person and she is “very Filipina.”
In a recent video of the actress, she tried to become “Darna” by shouting the famed line of the character.
With the help of Donnalyn Bartolome, the celebrity spoofed the scene where the lead role ate the magic stone which led to her transformation.
The video also used some special effects to make it more realistic as Nadine can be seen wearing the superhero’s headdress after uttering the line.
“Donnalyn, ang bato… Darna!” she quipped.

Because of the video, a lot of netizens aired their positive reactions towards the spoof of the former “On The Wings Of Love” star.
Some claimed that the actress is ready for the role while others were amused by how she delivered the well-known line. Here are their comments:
