State weather bureau PAGASA said that a low pressure area (LPA) was spotted near Ilocos Sur. KAMI learned that another brewing storm is approaching the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR).
In a report by the ABS-CBN News, the brewing storm was seen 125 kilometers west of Sinait, Ilocos Sur as of 4 p.m. on Tuesday.
Metro Manila and other areas of Luzon will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms. Meanwhile, Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain.
Through a tweet by PAGASA-DOST, it stated that Zambales will be experiencing heavy rainshower with strong winds and lightning.
As reported by the Philippine Star, the other low pressure area spotted outside PAR was moving slowly. It may enter the PAR either late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
However, PAGASA said that the low pressure area is not expected to become a tropical cyclone as it approaches Mindanao.
