NBI arrests ‘Ang Totoong Narco List’ uploader, DOJ confirms

- The Department of Justice has confirmed the arrest of “Ang Totoong Narco List” uploader

- However, they denied the claims that the NBI arrested “Bikoy”

- The uploader was arrested for cyber-libel

The Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Cybercrime OIC Atty. Charito Zamora confirmed the arrest of the man who uploaded the Youtube video series “Ang Totoong Narco List" that linkede th Duterte family to the drug trade.

KAMI learned from the report of ABS-CBN News that the DOJ denied the reports claiming that the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) was able to arrest the “Bikoy” in the videos mentioned above. Bikoy insisted that he was part of the drug syndicate.

The NBI arrested the uploader for cyber libel. According to Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, the NCR-RTC served the search warrant against the uploader.

As previously reported by KAMI, the first part of the “Ang Totoong Narco List” accused Presidential son Paolo Duterte of being a principal in the drug trade. Bikoy also claimed that Paolo has a back dragon tattoo that could link him to the trade. However, Paolo denied the allegations.

KAMI also reported before that the youngest daughter of President Rodrigo Duterte, Veronica “Kitty” Duterte, was also linked to the drug trade. However, her mother, Honeylet Avanceña and President Duterte, have both denied the accusations.
