Anne Curtis did not hesitate to express her thoughts with regards to her new tandem with comedian Vice Ganda in an upcoming movie.
KAMI learned that the two prominent celebrities announced the exciting news in a recent episode of “It’s Showtime.”
Vice and Anne are vying for a slot in the 2019 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) through their much-awaited film.
The actress confessed in an interview with the media that she is nervous because of the genre that she will be doing with the “Unkabogable Star.”
She emphasized that she did a lot of serious films in the previous years so there will be major adjustments on her part.
However, the former “Sid & Aya” star mentioned that the fact that she is with Vice comforts her and that her fans really want her to do more films.
“Alam mo kinakabahan nga ako kasi if you look at the films that I did last year, ‘di ba? I did a lot of serious films so it’s going to be a different genre for me, full of comedy. So kinakabahan po ako, but I know naman that I’ll be safe in the hands of Vice,” she quipped.
“People always ask me to do a film… What matters now is you make amazing films that you are able to bring happiness to people who watch them,” she added.
Meanwhile, Anne revealed that her upcoming tandem with Vice is extra-special since she considers it as a way to celebrate their friendship.
Their partnership also coincides with the 10th anniversary of “It’s Showtime,” which both of them are regular hosts.
“Alam mo perfect timing nga kasi it’s the 10th year anniversary of Showtime so perfect way to celebrate friendship,” the actress stressed.

Anne Curtis is a multi-awarded actress in the Philippines who starred in three blockbuster films last year, namely: “Buybust,” “Sid & Aya,” and “Aurora.”
She is now gearing up for a new movie under VIVA Films and it will be shot in Portugal.
