- Actress Agot Isidro has defended her boyfriend Florin Hilbay against President Rodrigo Duterte’s allegations
- She confirmed that they are straight and said that gender should not be an issue
- The actress also mocked the President’s usage of foul language and extrajudicial killings
Actress and singer Agot Isidro has spoken regarding the issue involving her current boyfriend, Otso Diretso candidate Florin “Pilo” Hilbay and President Rodrigo Duterte.
KAMI learned that Isidro argued on Twitter that while they are straight, one’s gender does not correlate with one’s integrity.
“Straight po sya. Straight din ako. Straight kami. Straight 8. #OtsoDiretso,” the actress wrote.
“At issue ba talaga ang gender? #LGBTQIA supporter ako, naniniwala na ang gender ay walang kinalaman sa integridad ng isang tao,” she continued.
“Pero ang pagmumura at pagpatay, we’ll that’s a different story,” Isidro added.
Earlier, President Duterte said that Hilbay is gay. He said, “Hilbay, isang bak--, ang girlfriend niya, si Agot Isidro.'Yun namang boyfriend niya, bakla.”
As previously reported by KAMI, Hilbay has broken his silence over President Duterte’s allegations against him. He clarified that he is straight. However, he noted that one’s sexuality should be treated as an insult.
Born on July 20, 1966, Maria Margarita Amada Fteha Isidro is an award-winning actress. She is also a singer. Isidro was known for her films "Changing Partners", "Mga Anino ng Kahapon", and "Mga Mumunting Lihim."
