The whole world was saddened and shocked about the fire that damaged the iconic Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France. KAMI learned that the relic of Jesus Christ’s Crown of Thorns was miraculously saved from the fire.
In a report by The Sun (authors Jenny Awford, Nicola Stow, and Peter Allen), Paris’ Mayor Anne Hidalgo stated that the cops and firefighters were able to save the relic of The Crown of Thorns, the tunic of Saint Louis, and other iconic works.
GMA News uploaded on Facebook a video taken by a certain Chloe Kerr which showed that the Parisians gathered near the burning Notre Dame to kneel and sing “Ave Maria” altogether.
As previously reported by KAMI, a Pinoy student in Paris narrated how he saw the fire that engulfed the 850-year-old church in France. The fire was placed under control, and no one was reported dead.
