- Sen. Ping Lacson said that the biggest problem of the Philippines is the government
- He added that the Filipinos should vote wisely in the upcoming elections
- DFA Sec. Teddy Locsin Jr. backed the statement of Lacson
Senator Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said that the biggest problem of the country is the "government." KAMI learned that the senator urged the Filipinos to vote wisely this coming May election.
Through Twitter, Lacson shared his thoughts about the country’s woes. He noted that the solution to the problem lies in its face already.
“The biggest problem of our country is government. The solution lies in the face of the problem itself. It is called good government,” he wrote.
“When we go to the polls next month, let us be mindful of that. Maawa tayo sa bansa natin. Napag-iwanan na tayo. Malayo na ang iba,” Lacson added.
Foreign Affairs Secretary Teddy Locsin Jr. backed the statement of Lacson. He said that electing good government officials will give the country good government.
As previously reported by KAMI, Lacson commented on the relationship between the Philippines and China. He said that if the state cannot go into war with China, then they might as well occupy our territory instead.
Lacson also advised President Rodrigo Duterte not to advertise the Philippines’ weaknesses against China.
