Pia Wurtzbach ecstatically showed off her Madame Tussauds wax figure on her Instagram account.
KAMI learned that she said that she is honored to be the first ever Filipino who became part of Madame Tussauds Hong Kong.
"First selfie! This couldn’t be more perfect for #ThrowbackThursday! Feels like I’m reliving my crowning moment back in 2015! It’s surreal to see my wax figure in the flesh..."
"I’m really really honored to be the first Filipino to be part of Madame Tussauds! Dedicating this to my family, loved ones, and to all Filipinos! Maraming salamat sa suporta all these years."
The wax figure was inspired by the remarkable moment when Pia passed on her crown during Miss Universe 2016.
Her photos with her beautifully-sculpted wax replica have been circulating on social media, and it is now trending on Twitter.
Pia's Madame Tussauds wax figure will be available for public viewing at the SM Mega Fashion Hall on March 29, Friday.
In a previous report by KAMI, Pia Wurtzbach is up for the challenge to be the new Marvel Pinay superhero 'Wave'.
Pia is the third Filipina to win the title of Miss Universe, following Gloria Diaz who won in 1969 and Margarita Moran who won in 1973.
