Former President Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III has recently joined the campaign event of “Otso Diretso” as they woo the voters in Cebu City.

KAMI learned that as the former President endorsed the opposition coalition candidates, he reminded the Filipinos to vote for those who will be keeping their promises given during the campaign period.

"Wala yata sa atin na papayag ng magkausap tayo, magkasundo tayo at pwedeng mong hindi tuparin yung pinag-usapan natin," he said, as reported by the GMA News (author Erwin Colcol).

In another report by the GMA News, Aquino said that if people are happy with the current situation of the Philippines, then they should vote for the candidates endorsed by the Duterte administration.

It was the third time that the former President joined the campaign event of the Otso Diretso. First was in Caloocan City and the second time was during the 33rd anniversary of the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution.
