During President Rodrigo Duterte’s speech in the campaign rally of PDP-Laban in Cagayan de Oro City, he said that the drug problem in the country “worsened.” KAMI learned that according to President Duterte, the police are at the brink of surrendering.
In a report by the Manila Bulletin (author Genalyn Kabiling), the President said that with the huge worth of illegal substance entering the country, the Philippines might end up like Mexico, being controlled by drug cartels.
“Things have worsened. My policemen are at the brink of surrendering. Everyday — don’t believe that it’s one billion. The next day there will be another 1. 3 billion. That’s just an excuse. That’s a bait,” the President said.
