As the Duterte administration continues the drug war, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) was able to arrest 4 Chinese nationals who were allegedly part of the Golden Triangle syndicate.
KAMI learned that the operatives were also able to retrieve P1.1 billion worth of alleged “shabu” in Ayala Alabang.
According to the report by the GMA News, one of the suspects was identified as Emmanuel Pascual who is a senior citizen, 79. Others were identified as Wuyi (19), Go Kei Kei (40), and Chia Kian Kok (43).

In a report by the ABS-CBN News, the buy-bust operation first started outside a mall and 3 suspects were caught with 40 kgs of alleged shabu. Later on, the operatives raided a residence in Ayala Alabang Village and they were able to seize 100 kgs of an illegal substance.
The operatives saw that the shabu was hidden inside tea bags and cans of biscuits, as reported by the Manila Bulletin. The kind of operation that they did was similar to countries like Myanmar, Malaysia, and Vietnam.
