Chokoleit’s death has affected many celebrities, including his fellow comedian Pooh.
KAMI learned that Pooh opened up about the sudden death of his close friend.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the comedian revealed that he had a difficult time accepting the fact that Chokoleit has died.
He also described Chokoleit as someone who always made the people around him laugh and who only showed his serious side to those he was close to.

"Para siyang joke, para kaming nag-show lang tapos para siyang nagbibiro. Wala na kasi ibang Chokoleit eh, isa lang.
"Napaka-baliw niyang kasama. Baliw in a way na papatawanin niya palagi.
"Tapos iyong serious side niya ipinapakita niya sa iyo kapag talagang kaibigan ka na niya,” Pooh said.

In a previous report by KAMI, K Brosas decided to adopt one of Chokoleit’s pet dogs.
Chokoleit died on March 9, 2019 after a comedic performance in Abra. He died after suffering a heart attack. Some of his celebrity friends include Vice Ganda, Pooh, Pokwang, K Brosas, Sharon Cuneta and Piolo Pascual.
