A plane headed to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia was forced to return to the Saudi airport after a mother reportedly forgot her baby at the departure lounge of the airport. KAMI learned that the pilot of the Saudi flight immediately requested one of the air traffic controllers to go back.
According to a report by the Daily Mail UK, a video uploaded on Youtube went viral. The video contained a voice recording of the pilot and the controller discussing their plan on coming back to the airport.
“May God be with us. Can we come back or what?” the pilot asked.
The controller then asked his colleague about the pilot’s request and said, “This flight is requesting to come back…a passenger forgot her baby in the waiting area, the poor thing.”
“OK, head back to the gate. This is totally a new one for us!” the controller said.

In a report by the Inquirer, Saudi flight SV832 already took off from Jeddah when the mother realized she left her child at the boarding area.
A few moments later, the mother was reportedly able to reunite with her child. However, there were no details disclosed yet on how the mother forgot her child at the airport.
