Doctors all over the world are amazed by the story of Wyley Simpson, a transsexual man, originally from the United States, who gave birth in September.

According to information from the specialists, Simpson was in the process of gender transition. He was more than six years under testosterone treatment.

In an interview, conducted by a local media, the protagonist of this story said that he "always wanted to be a father. However, it was not planned. '

The 28-year-old transgender man was surprised to discover he was pregnant with fiancé, Sephan Gaeth, back in February 2018 during the time he was on his transition to become a man.

It shocked him because he thought it would be impossible for him to get pregnant due to the testosterone treatment he had undergone since 2012.

The couple decided to continue the pregnancy despite the judgement from other people.

They welcomed their son Rowan in September 2018 via a C-section.

“It’s not every day that someone sees a pregnant man walking down the road so we received a fair amount of abuse," said Wiley as he looked back to his experiences.

“I would be told that I’ll never be a man, ‘men don’t carry babies’ and everyone called me ‘it’.”

The emotional side effect also made the pregnancy even harder to bear.

“Having gone through the transitioning process since I was 21-years-old, having a physical baby bump was something so feminine that it messed with my head,” he revealed.

“I am looking to fully transition in the future, so the likelihood of having another child naturally is unlikely,” said Simpson.

He also explained that he was very grateful for all the support he has received and the encouraging messages from social networks.

Simpson and Gaeth, his partner, have been in a complicated situation, because since his house caught fire they have traveled through a truck across the United States.

They assure that they do not want to remain within a social construction, since they long to discover and learn to be free beyond whether they are men or women.

Users of social networks have taken this story as inspiration and assure that very soon, many couples will follow in their footsteps.
