National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) director Guillermo Eleazar was caught on video when he violently faced with the alleged “kotong” cop after an entrapment operation.

KAMI learned through a video uploaded by Rappler that Eleazar explained what exactly happened and apologized for his sudden outburst. However, he said that Police Officer II Marlo Quibete deserves it for extorting money.

“Alam mo, ‘yung angle ng camera kasi, akala mo sinasampal e. No! Tinitingala kong ganyan [‘yung ulo], gusto ko makita eye-to-eye,” Eleazar said.

“Humihingi akong paumanhin kung medyo hindi ako nakapagtimpi at nalabas ‘yung aking emotion,” Eleazar added.

Despite admitting that he pulled the collar and pointed at the suspect, Eleazar denied that he slapped and pulled the hair of Quibete. However, the NCRPO chief said that the police officer deserves it.

“’Yung dinuro siguro, dinuro. Ay, dapat lang, he deserved that,” the NCRPO chief added.
