‘Ang Probinsyano’ actor Kristoffer King passes away

Kristoffer King, an award-winning indie actor who already appeared in the top-rating show “Ang Probinsyano,” died in the evening of February 23.
KAMI learned that the said celebrity was rushed to the Adventist Medical Center Manila yesterday morning after his heart reportedly stopped beating.
Although the cause of death is still not confirmed, Kristoffer was said to be suffering from diabetes and other illnesses such as pneumonia, infection, sciatica, and heartburn.
"It is with deep sadness that I share with you, our actor and friend, Kristoffer King has passed away at 8:45 p.m. today. May he rest in peace,” Sunny King, his guardian, sadly announced.
The actor was known for his role as “Alwyn Recio” in “Ang Probinsyano” and he was one of the antagonists of “Cardo Dalisay.”

After knowing the news, Director Brillante Mendoza immediately gave a message to the celebrity whom he considered as his “best actor.”
“You will always be my best actor. I will miss u King.”
The family of Kristoffer has yet to issue a formal or official statement about his passing.
Kristoffer King, or Christopher Reyes in real life, was a multi-awarded actor who already starred and appeared in several teleseryes and independent films.
He already worked with Coco Martin before in some movies and he was also able to be a part of some GMA drama series including “Stepdaughters” and “Inday Will Always Love You.”
