Yasmien Kurdi recalled a nerve-wracking experience she had in Malaysia.
KAMI learned that she encountered two male foreigners there who behaved in a creepy manner at first.
According to PEP.ph, Yasmien said that she encountered two men in Malaysia who was staring at her in a convenience store.
It turned out that they were staring at her because one of her teleseryes aired on a Malaysian channel.
"Noong nagpunta ako ng Malaysia, nagulat ako kasi pagpunta ko ng convenience store, may nakatingin sa aking dalawang lalaki.
"Kinakabahan ako, sabi ko 'Bat sila nakatingin?'
"Tapos biglang sinabi [nila] 'You're an actress?'
"Sabi ko, 'Um, yes.'
"Sabi niya, 'Are you Ysabel?'
"Ayun pala, ang title ng show doon, hindi Sa Piling Ni Nanay, Ysabel! Tiniwag nila 'yung mga asawa nila, talagang nagpa-picture sila,” she narrated.
In a previous report by KAMI, Yasmien made news when a photo of her doing her thesis while on the set of one of her shows went viral.
Yasmien Kurdi tied the knot with Rey Soldevilla, a pilot, on January 25, 2012. The couple has a daughter named Ayesha Zara. She used to be a member of the Iglesia Ni Cristo before converting to the Catholic Church.
