Kapamilya actor Vhong Navarro touched the hearts of many netizens upon offering to shoulder a “Tawag ng Tanghalan” contender and his mother’s Valentine’s date.
KAMI learned that the unexpected blessing was given when the celebrity asked the mother of Marco Adobas for a message about her son’s performance in “It’s Showtime.”
“Basta anak, galingan mo na lang anak,” Edita, the mother, replied.
Prior to that, the contender stated that he used to be a “tambay” and that he is already making up for all the wrong things he did in the past.
Moreover, Anne Curtis asked the daily contender’s mother about how she feels that her son is trying to redeem himself.
“Masaya po,” Edita quipped. “Basta anak, manalo o matalo, nandito lang po kami, at salamat po sa chance.”
“Salamat sa lahat ng sinakripisyo mo sa akin, sobrang sakit ako ng ulo noon, sa lahat ng mga luha. Ma, Happy Valentine’s Day,” Marco emotionally replied.
After Vhong expressed that he will shoulder the date of Marco and his mom after the show, a lot of netizens aired their thoughts on the host’s generous action. Here are their comments:
