Barbie Forteza was totally alarmed over a woman who used her name to order boxes of pastries from a pastry shop.
KAMI learned that the woman pretended to be Barbie's new personal assistant.
As reported by GMA news, the Kapuso actress disclosed that the woman used the name Myrna Marquez and she ordered food from a pastry shop using Barbie's name.
"Dalawang kahon ng pastries na para daw sa akin, umorder daw ako. Sabi ko, 'Hindi,' she said.
"Sabi, yung Myrna Marquez daw, kinlaim na personal assistant ko siya. Bago ko siyang personal assistant, at sinabi ko raw sa kanya na gusto kong matikman yung pastries nung shop," she added.
Furthermore, she assured that she does not know anyone whose name is Myrna Marquez and was not aware about the pastry shop.
"Wala talaga akong at all na kilalang Myrna Marquez, wala akong bagong assistant. At saka nung sinend lang sa 'kin yung picture nung cookies, saka ko lang sinearch sa social media kung saan," she stated.
The Kara Mia lead star also shared how the woman who was claiming to be her PA instructed the pastry shop to deliver the pastries at Edsa Shangri-La.
"Binabawi nila pinapadala nila sa ibang lugar, sa Shangri-La. Kasi nandun daw ako, may presscon ako. E, wala akong ginagawa, nasa bahay lang ako kahapon."
What happened to the 21-year-old actress was truly alarming that is why she urged business owners to be more careful.
"May ano naman kami, social media accounts. Dumiretso na lang kayo sa amin, para siguradong kami yung makakatanggap, kami yung makaka-negotiate ninyo."
