A new video of Jiale Zhang, the Chinese student who splashed a policeman with taho, has gone viral.
KAMI learned that the video shows Zhang being arrested by representatives of the Bureau of Immigration.
Based on the video uploaded by News 5 on Facebook, Zhang was fighting off the BI representatives and was shouting for her attorney.
This incident took place after she posted bail at the Mandaluyong police station.
