- Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano have recently confirmed that they are already a couple
- This prompted netizens to think that it's just for publicity because they have an upcoming movie
- Ogie Diaz spoke about the issue and gave his honest reaction
Talent manager Ogie Diaz has recently made headlines after defending Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil's confirmation that they are already a couple.
KAMI learned that the popular love team admitted during their guesting on "Gandang Gabi Vice" last February 11, Sunday, that they have been dating for more than 2 years already.
However, it wasn't well-received by some netizens, thinking it was just part of their movie "promo."
Ogie posted his honest reaction on his Facebook account and acknowledged the fact that it's impossible to please everyone.
Liza's talent manager started his lengthy post with the questions and negative comments from netizens.
"Bakit umamin? Ah, kasi may movie na ipino-promote?"
"Makakatulong ba 'yung pag-amin nilang more than two years na sila para maging mapayapa ang Mindanao?"
"Okay. That's understandable.
"Dahil may ipino-promote, kaya umamin?
"So ngayong umamin ang LizQuen, me sinasabi pa din 'yung iba, hahahaha!
Sila lagi ang magkasama eh what do you expect?
At least, maraming napangiti ang loveteam, so sana good vibes na lang.
Their movie "Alone/Together," written and directed by Antoinette Jadaone, will hit cinemas on February 13.
As reported earlier by KAMI, Ogie Diaz looked back on the day her daugher Meerah Khel was born. He recalled how they did everything to save her despite being born premature. Ogie could not believe that it has been two years already.
