A video of Manila City Mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada supposedly losing his temper during the Chinese New Year celebration in Manila has gone viral, as reported by Abante Tnt.
KAMI learned that the clip shows Erap throwing a punch at one of the people in the parade.
However, it is not clear in the video what provoked the politician to throw a punch.

Several netizens commented that Erap might have lost his temper since one of the people there might have tried taking away either his watch or his ring:

Joseph “Erap” Estrada was the President of the Philippines before getting impeached and replaced by Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in 2001.
He then became the Mayor of Manila in 2013 and was re-elected in 2016.
