A tour bus filled with government employees slammed into an 18-wheeler truck along the Subic Clark Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX). KAMI learned that the death toll of the incident has risen to five.
In a report by ABS-CBN News, 50 passengers of the bus got hurt. These passengers are barangay officials from Naic, Cavite going to Baguio City to attend a seminar.
"Yung sakay ng bus, mga 50 kasama yung driver, ang report halos lahat po ay may iniinda, sugatan 'yung iba," said Robin Ignacio, traffic manager and spokesperson of NLEX-SCTEX.

It has been reported by GMA News that the bus driver was driving fast, while the truck in front of it was driving 60kph.
According to the report of Inquirer, the accident happened in front of PTT gas station. The authorities have yet to release the identity of the victims as of posting.
